Zhejiang Oulida Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd.
Zhejiang Oulida Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd.
Zhejiang Oulida Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Fuyang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The company was established in 1993 and specializes in the development and production of gas springs. In 2012, we invested 72 million yuan to build a new forest chemical factory covering an area of 25,000 square meters. We have introduced advanced automated production lines, with a single-shift capacity of 20,000 units and an annual capacity of up to 6 million units, making us one of the largest factories in the industry domestically and internationally. OEM/ODM Automobile Bonnet Gas Springs Manufacturers and Custom Automobile Trunk Tailgate Gas Struts Factory in China.
Currently, our gas springs are widely used in engine hoods, doors, and other support systems in various applications, including automotive, construction machinery, and textile industries, both domestically and internationally. In 2017, we established a cooperative management system called DMC (Design-Manufacture-Cooperate) in collaboration with DEFTA from France and MICHANG from South Korea. This collaboration focuses on design, development, and production, leveraging the expertise and management technology of DEFTA and MICHANG in supporting European, Japanese, and American systems, enhancing Oulida's capabilities in various aspects. Supply Custom Electric Tailgate Balance Bar Gas Spring.
In July 2021, our company drafted and officially released the industry standard QC/T 207 "General Gas Springs for Automobiles."

How Are automobile bonnet gas springs Installed and Integrated into Vehicles?
Electric tailgate balance bar gas springs are installed and integrated into vehicles through a systematic process that involves several key steps:
Vehicle Assessment: Engineers and designers evaluate the vehicle's tailgate structure, weight, and dimensions to determine the appropriate electric tailgate balance bar gas spring configuration.
Component Selection: Based on the assessment, suitable electric tailgate balance bar gas spring components are selected, including the balance bar mechanism, electric motor, control unit, sensors, and safety features.
Mounting Points Identification: Mounting points on the vehicle frame or tailgate are identified and prepared for the installation of the electric tailgate balance bar gas springs. This may involve reinforcing mounting locations and ensuring proper alignment.
Positioning and Alignment: The automobile bonnet gas springs are positioned and aligned according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications and design requirements. Proper alignment ensures smooth operation and optimal performance.
Installation of Components: The balance bar mechanism, electric motor, control unit, sensors, and safety features are installed onto the vehicle's tailgate and frame. Components are securely mounted and connected using appropriate hardware and wiring harnesses.
Wiring and Electrical Connections: Wiring and electrical connections are established between the electric tailgate balance bar gas spring components, vehicle electronics, and power supply. This includes connecting the electric motor to the vehicle's electrical system and integrating control interfaces such as switches, buttons, or remote controls.
Calibration and Programming: Once installed, the electric tailgate balance bar gas spring system may require calibration and programming to ensure proper operation and synchronization with the vehicle's automation systems. This may involve adjusting parameters such as opening/closing speed, force thresholds, and safety features.
Testing and Validation: The installed electric tailgate balance bar gas spring system undergoes rigorous testing and validation to verify functionality, performance, and safety compliance. Testing may include functionality tests, load capacity assessments, obstacle detection tests, and endurance testing.
Adjustments and Fine-tuning: After initial testing, adjustments and fine-tuning may be made to optimize the operation and performance of the electric tailgate balance bar gas spring system. This may involve adjusting parameters, addressing any issues identified during testing, and ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
Documentation and User Training: Documentation, including installation manuals, user guides, and service instructions, is provided to vehicle owners and service technicians. User training may also be conducted to familiarize users with the operation, maintenance, and safety features of the electric tailgate balance bar gas spring system.
By following these installation and integration steps, electric tailgate balance bar gas springs can be effectively incorporated into vehicles to enhance convenience, safety, and functionality for users.
What factors determine the selection of automobile trunk tailgate gas struts?
Selecting the appropriate automobile trunk tailgates gas struts involves considering several critical factors:
Determine the weight of the tailgate, including any additional loads such as rear spoilers, roof racks, or cargo carriers. Choose gas struts with a load capacity that exceeds the total weight of the tailgate and any added loads to ensure proper support and functionality.
Measure the distance the tailgate needs to travel when opening and closing. Select gas struts with a stroke length that matches the required range of motion to ensure the tailgate can fully open and close without interference.
Consider the mounting orientation of the gas struts relative to the tailgate and vehicle body. Gas struts are available in various configurations, including vertical, horizontal, and angled orientations. Choose the appropriate mounting orientation based on the tailgate design and installation requirements.
Evaluate the desired damping characteristics for the tailgate's movement. Gas struts with built-in damping mechanisms, such as adjustable valves or orifices, can provide controlled and smooth operation, preventing sudden movements or slamming of the tailgate.
Consider the temperature extremes that the vehicle may encounter during operation. Select gas struts designed to withstand the anticipated temperature range without compromising performance or durability.
Assess the environmental conditions, including exposure to moisture, salt, and other corrosive elements. Choose gas struts with corrosion-resistant materials and coatings to ensure long-term reliability and functionality, particularly in harsh operating environments.
Select gas struts from reputable manufacturers known for their quality, reliability, and durability. Consider factors such as fatigue resistance, seal integrity, and warranty coverage to ensure the gas struts can withstand prolonged use and exposure to challenging conditions.
Ensure the gas struts are compatible with the vehicle's mounting points and installation hardware. Consider factors such as bracket design, bolt hole patterns, and attachment methods to ensure proper fitment and ease of installation.
